Mr. Swayne has thirty-five years of Wall Street experience, and is the founding member of the national Tenant In Common Association.

Greg Fradette and Michael Carlson

Members of the Sheptoff Investment Group LLC Advisory Board. Expertise in finance and insurance with specialization in property and liability insurance, workers compensation, loan collaterals, risk management, OSHA compliance, workplace safety, health performance, bonding, data breeches, HIPPA security, error and omissions and ERISA. Current positions in Sheptoff Investment Group LLC are both Senior Counsel on the Sheptoff Advisory Board. Other affiliations include principals of the Fradette Carlson Sorey Agency with both having over forty years of combined professional experience.

Hillary Davis

Member of the Sheptoff Investment Group LLC Advisory Board. Hillary Davis, a former U.S. Equity Portfolio Manager for Baring Brothers in London, wrote the critically acclaimed book on the international financial markets, A Million A Minute---reviewed by the Financial Times in London as an “excellent book”. She has been interviewed on television and radio including Bloomberg Business News, B Sky B Television News (London), CNBC Moneywheel (European), BBC Radio, Investorʼs Business Daily---and has been featured in over fifty international publications. In addition, Davis has over 15 years experience as a corporate communications executive and 3 years as an executive in the U.S. healthcare sector. She has a Masters from Cambridge University in International Relations and an undergraduate degree with honors from Columbia University in Economics.
